With my online coaching services you will gain exclusive and direct one to one coaching with me.

I ensure all my athletes/clients receive their structured training plan which is always updated based upon check in results and all plans are developed accordingly with their starting point, their timeline and their end goal in mind.

Within my coaching service, contact will be one to one via Whatsapp. You will receive a tailored training plan, nutrition plan and supplement plan. 

INITIAL DETAILED CONSULTATION & WEEKLY CHECK INS

- An initial detailed phone call where we will discuss current training/diet routine and plan for your future training goals.

- During the initial call we will discuss how to tailor your programme to your lifestyle, ensuring high levels of adherence.

Weekly Check Ins: Progress check ups every week to ensure progression, assessing the previous week and making programme changes if needed.    

FULL TRAINING PLAN WITH NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT

- Programmes are completely tailored to your goals, lifestyle and experience. 

- Video demonstrated exercises.

- Unlimited video form check.  

- Full support with your nutrition. Calorie/macronutrient splits and meals plan ideas.

- You will acquire an understanding of food and how it fuels your body. As well as how YOU can control your energy levels and weight with proper nutrition. 

ACCOUNTABILITY, SUPPORT & PROGRESSION 

- A new block every 4 weeks. This will be based on your feedback from the previous block. 

- A focus around getting STRONG with a variety of exercises centred around your main lifts with progressions and regressions.

- Payment made every 4 weeks with no pressure to continue. You can cancel anytime.

- Have someone to hold you accountable to your goals, everyday. 

- You have someone on your team rooting for you, challenging you and motivating you. My goal as coach is to get you to the best you can be.
