PERSONAL TRAINING
I’ll take you through an in depth, one hour, one to one session in the gym. I can help you reach your fitness goals, whether that is to lose weight, get stronger, add muscle, body recomposition or just to improve general health and fitness. You will receive a full training plan and a tailored macronutrient/diet plan depending on your preferences. I will also be available to answer any questions you may have outside gym time. I go the extra mile when training clients and want you to see changes.
Pure Gym Quartermile is kitted out with the best equipment in the capital which will give us a huge advantage in helping you reach your potential instead of just going through the motions. I’ll teach you how to stimulate your muscle fibres properly and make each rep count.
Before training with me you’ll be given a PAR Q form to fill out so I know of any underlying issues or injuries you may have. We’ll work together to tailor your workouts to suit your individual needs and take account of any problems.
I pride myself on teaching and educating my clients. During each session I want you to learn something new and know the science of the body and the stimulus of why we perform certain exercises and what exactly it is we’re achieving from it. Whatever your level, beginner or advanced, I’ll make sure you have a productive workout and become confident in executing each training method I teach you with the correct form.
I incorporate a lot of different training styles in my clients’ training, all of which I have tried and tested myself. I am hands on and enjoy getting down in the trenches with my clients and seeing the look on their faces when they hit a PB or reach a milestone.
Having a huge passion for training hard, my natural enthusiasm rubs off on all of my clients I work with. I’ve never been one for quick fixes and overnight transformations. Instead I like to work with people who have medium to long term goals so I can make a real and positive lifestyle change.
To me it’s important that you have fun and enjoy the sessions too. Although we are going to work hard let’s have some fun while we do it!
